2. Refunds

  • Custom Orders: Refunds are not typically available for custom orders unless there is a defect or error.

b. Restocking Fees:

c. Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
